Applications:

Heavy‑duty epoxy primer for steel structures, bridges, storage tanks, and pipelines. Ideal for industrial and coastal environments where corrosion resistance is critical.

Features:

Coverage:

Approx. 5.3 m²/kg (at 100 μm Dry Film Thickness). 1-2 coats recommended.

 Usage:

· Surface prep – high‑pressure water wash to remove loose rust, oil, and old paint.
· Mix – combine base (14‑MT001) and hardener (14‑MT002) in ratio 24.5 : 2.5.
· Thin – add 10–15% 14‑MT005 epoxy thinner. Stir thoroughly before use.
· Apply – two to three coats by brush or spray. Allow adequate drying between coats.

 Notes:

· Use dedicated 14‑MT005 thinner – do not use water or other thinners.
· Mix accurately – incorrect ratio affects curing and performance.
· Pre‑mixed colour – cannot be tinted on site.
· Ensure ventilation – solvent‑based product.
