Low Price Guarantee

We work hard to ensure we’re surfacing the best possible prices for each product on KSS and we stand by our prices. If you find a lower price elsewhere, we’ll match equals to the difference between the lower price. To verify the pricing, we’ll request a screenshot of both sources with a timestamp within two hours of each other. 

 Eligibility Requirements

  • The lower price you found must be for the same event, the same date(s), the same and quantity that you purchased on KSS.
  • The lower price must still be available when your claim is submitted to online.sales@kangaroositesupplies.com.au
  • The lower price you found must be the final checkout price, and be more than just a difference in taxes and fees.

 Submitting a Lower Price

 To submit that you've found a lower price, please reach out to our team at online.sales@kangaroositesupplies.com.au. Include the following information:

  • A screenshot of both sources with a timestamp within two hours of your purchase.
  • The email address associated with your KSS account
  • The price you paid for your products on KSS.
  • Where you found the lower price (including a complete link URL if you found the lower price on a website).
  • Any other relevant info.

We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible. 

 Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Trade / commercial quotes and / or large volume / bulk purchases;
  • Products for sale via auction, stock liquidation, fire sale or clearance (including eBay);
  • Stock that is ex-demonstration, blemished, refurbished, damaged or seconds;
  • Genuine mistakes in competitor advertising;
  • Special event, club or membership offers, third party promotions or prices not available to the general public;
  • Prices from websites/apps where you name your own price;
  • Special order products; and
  • Products distributed by unauthorized dealers.
  • Ads when the actual price cannot be determined

We reserve the right to deny claims that are suspicious and/or deemed to be fraudulent. The KSS Low Price Guarantee does not apply in the event of disasters, acts of terrorism, or other events outside of KSS’s control.
