How long does it take to dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving it.
Cut-off time: 2:00 p.m.(Mon. - Fri.)
Handle time:
- Before 2:00 p.m.(Mon. - Fri.), the same day
- After 2:00 p.m.(Mon. - Fri.), 1 business day
Transit time:
- Self van delivery: the same day (for Melbourne metro city)
- Australia Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
- Priority: 3 hours *fees may apply
However, if any of the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you via email or phone to let you know and update you on the expected delivery time. To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, please make sure you enter your contact details and shipping address correctly when placing your order.
What are the delivery fees?
We offer local delivery for orders that reach a certain value to ensure your items arrive in a timely manner. However, due to the sharp rise in global fuel prices, local delivery fees will apply.The delivery cost typically ranges from $110 to $150, depending on factors such as the size and weight of the goods (e.g. oversized or overweight items) as well as your delivery address.

What if I’m not home when the courier arrives?
Don’t worry, the courier will leave your order in a secure location and email you a confirmation with a photo of where they left it. Should there be any instances where you need to reschedule the delivery, please contact us at 1300 522 820. Please note that rescheduling may incur additional fees.
Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
You can change your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our customer service team. Please note that changing your shipping address may affect the delivery cost and time depending on the new address.
How can I track my order?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not have a tracking system available at the moment. We are working hard to improve our service and provide you with a better shopping experience.

What are the delivery options?
We have different delivery options for you to choose from, depending on where you are and how soon you need your order.
- Express delivery: If you need your order as soon as possible, you can opt for express delivery for an additional $50. We will deliver your order within 3 hours of receiving it, subject to availability.
- Courier delivery: If your shipping address is outside of our delivery zones, we can arrange a courier service for you at your own cost. We will give you a quote before confirming your order.
- Pickup: If you prefer to collect your order yourself, you can pick it up from our warehouse in Dandenong. Please let us know at least 2 hours in advance or right after placing your order online if you choose this option. We will have your order ready for you when you arrive. Collection time: 8am-4pm.
