Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at 1300 522 820 or send us an email to online.sales@kangaroositesupplies.com.au.

Please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will process your cancellation request as soon as possible and issue you a full refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return policy to send it back to us.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. You will need to pay for the return shipping cost or have us pick up from your address for an extra $30, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please contact our customer service team before returning any item, and we will provide you with the return instructions and address.

What is your warranty policy and how does it work?

We offer a one-year warranty for all our products from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. However, it does not cover any damage caused by misuse, accidents, or wear and tear.
