Applications:
Sealing window and door frames, expansion joints, pipe penetrations, wall cavities, and roof openings. Improves thermal and acoustic insulation, eliminates draughts and thermal bridging.
Substrates:
Bond to practically all building materials such as brick, concrete, PVC, timber, insulation materials, pipes, cables, ducts, metals and many other plastics (except PP, PE, PTFE and silicones).
Features:
- Integrated Genius Gun applicator - trigger‑controlled one‑hand operation; no separate foam gun needed.
- 3× more flexible than standard PU foam - absorbs building movement without cracking.
- Low expansion, no shrinkage - won't distort frames; stable and airtight after curing.
- Blue colour - easy site identification.
- Reusable up to 6 weeks - seal nozzle after use; can be used again later.
- Cured foam can be cut, sanded, plastered, or painted.
- Not UV‑resistant - must be covered or protected from sunlight.
Usage:
- Prepare surface – clean and moisten substrates for better curing.
- Shake can vigorously before use.
- Apply – fill gaps to about 1/3 depth to allow expansion.
- Skin formation – approx. 7 minutes.
- Cutting time – approx. 55 minutes.
- Full cure – 24 hours.
- Reuse – seal nozzle after use; can be reused for up to 6 weeks.
Size:
750ml - yields approx. 29 litres of cured foam.
