Applications:

Water‑based exterior topcoat formulated for Australian and New Zealand conditions—ideal for weatherboards, concrete, brick, and renovation projects where long‑term durability is essential.

Features:

• Long‑lasting weather resistance – UV stable, resists fading, chalking, and degradation under harsh sun.
• Water‑repellent – hydrophobic surface; water beads and runs off.
• Mildew resistant – prevents mould growth in humid or shaded areas.
• Elastic film – bridges hairline cracks; accommodates substrate movement.
• Brilliant white – clean, bright finish.

Size:

10kg (8L)– for exterior walls and medium to large projects.

Coverage:

Approx. 6.25–8m²/kg per coat. 2 coats recommended.

Usage:

· Surface clean, dry, dust‑free. New render fully cured.
· Prime with CARPOLY 360° Shield Exterior Sealing Primer.
· Stir well. Thin with water up to 20% if needed.
· Apply two coats by roller, brush, or spray. Allow 2–4 hours between coats.
· Avoid rain for 24 hours after final coat.

Important Notes:

· Primer essential – skipping primer compromises adhesion and weather resistance.
· Two coats minimum – one coat does not provide sufficient film thickness.
· Avoid wet weather – rain within 24 hours will compromise the finish.
