Applications:

Alkali‑resistant primer for new cement render, concrete, plaster, and bare masonry. Prevents efflorescence and topcoat failure—ideal for residential, commercial, and coastal projects.

Features:

• Seals & prevents efflorescence – blocks alkali and salt migration.
• Penetrates & reinforces – strengthens loose substrates.
• Strong bonding – ensures topcoat adhesion and durability.
• White pigmented – improves topcoat colour accuracy.
• Water‑based – low odour, easy clean‑up, safe for occupied sites.

Sizes:

1.1kg, 4kg, 20kg – from touch‑ups to full house exteriors.

Coverage:

Approx. 10m²/kg per coat. One coat typical.

Usage:

· Surface clean, dry, dust‑free. New render fully cured (7–14 days).
· Stir well. Thin with water up to 5%-10% if needed.
· Apply one coat by roller, brush, or spray. Allow 2–4 hours drying.
· Topcoat with two coats of CARPOLY interior or exterior paint.

Notes:

· Do not use as a topcoat – primer only.
· Essential on new cement and masonry – skipping primer guarantees topcoat failure.
