CARPOLY FAST DRY ALKYD ENAMEL PAINT – TINTABLE BASE

Applications:

Fast‑dry enamel for timber and metal surfaces—doors, windows, architraves, railings, furniture, and metalwork. Ideal for projects requiring quick turnaround.

Sizes:

• 1.0kg / 0.8L – touch‑ups, single doors, small furniture.
• 23.2kg / 3L – multiple doors, windows, railings, medium projects.
• 23kg / 18L – whole house trims, commercial work.

Note: Deep and Dark bases have slightly lower net weight to allow for additional colorant; final volume after tinting is as stated.

Coverage:

Approx. 10–12m²/kg per coat. 2 coats recommended.

Usage:

• Prepare surface – sand timber; remove rust, grease, and loose paint from metal.
• Prime metal – apply Alkyd Enamel Primer (Iron Red) before topcoats.
• Thinning – dilute with IG012GS thinner up to 50% if required.
• Apply two coats by brush, roller, or spray.
• Ventilation – solvent‑based; ensure good airflow.
• Drying – avoid rain for 24 hours after outdoor application.

Tinting:

• Tintable base—select base by colour depth: White (pastels), Light (medium‑light), Deep (richer colours), Dark (bold or vibrant).
• Tint in‑store with professional dispenser.
• Record formula for touch‑ups.
• Use within one month.
