Applications:

Hardener for use with 14‑MT003 Acrylic Polyurethane Topcoat. Essential for steel structures, bridges, storage tanks, pipelines, and high‑end architectural metalwork requiring durable outdoor protection.

Ready mixed color, can not change color on site*IQB221-485C: IQBG221=5:1, add 10%-15% IQBX002 polyurethane thinner for dilution. 
*Fully stir the mixture liquid before use.
*Topcoat applies for 2-3 times. Oil-based SprayThe product is a universal industrial topcoat paint, suitable for outdoor use, and applicable for anti-corrosion of steel structures such as steel bridges, petrochemical storage tanks, or for civil decoration purposes. 4KG(4L)

• Oil‑based – solvent‑borne for long‑term durability.
• Colour matched – pre‑mixed system for PANTONE 485C red; not tintable on site.

4kg (4L) – professional pack, coordinated with 14‑MT003 base.

Usage:

· Mix ratio – combine 5 parts 14‑MT003 base with 1 part hardener by weight.
· Stir thoroughly – ensure complete mixing for uniform curing.
· Thin – add 10–15% 14‑MT006 polyurethane thinner if required.
· Apply – two to three coats by brush or spray over cured epoxy primer.
· Pot life – use within 4–8 hours after mixing.

 Notes:

· For use with 14‑MT003 only – do not use with other topcoats.
· Accurate mixing essential – incorrect ratio affects curing and performance.
· Use dedicated 14‑MT006 thinner – do not use water or other thinners.
· Fixed colour – part of PANTONE 485C system; cannot be adjusted on site.
· Ensure ventilation – solvent‑based product.
