Applications:
Timber, MDF, particle board, and fibreboard - ideal for cabinet assembly, furniture, shelving, and general indoor joinery. May be used for thin sheet metal (≤0.6mm) with pre-drilled pilot holes. Not for light gauge steel structural framing.
Features:
- Pan head - larger bearing surface; distributes pressure evenly; reduces surface damage and warping.
- Needle point - good alignment; forms threads by displacing material (no cutting edge – not a self-drilling screw).
- Coarse thread - smooth chip clearance; fast driving in timber and engineered wood.
- PH2 cross drive - standard bit, no special tools required.
- Yellow zinc plated - basic corrosion protection for indoor and dry environments.
Sizes:
6G-15×20mm - light connections, thin boards.
7G-16×12–50mm - standard to heavy timber connections; 25mm most popular.
