Applications:
Sealing gaps around window and door frames, filling expansion joints, pipe penetrations, wall cavities, and roof openings. Improves thermal and acoustic insulation.
Features:
- 3x more flexible than standard PU foam - absorbs joint movement without cracking.
- Screw top connection - fits standard foam guns; the gun gives precise control over flow rate and bead size.
- Low expansion - won't distort window or door frames.
- No shrinkage or post‑expansion - stable and airtight.
- Blue colour - easy site identification.
- Cured foam - can be cut, sanded, plastered, or painted.
- Not UV‑resistant - must be covered or protected from sunlight.
Size:
750ml can - yields approx. 29 litres of cured foam.
Usage
- Requires a separate foam gun.
- Prepare surface - clean and moisten substrates for better curing.
- Shake can vigorously before use, then attach to gun.
- Apply foam - fill gaps to about 1/3 depth to allow expansion.
- Skin formation: approx. 7 minutes.
- Cutting time: approx. 55 minutes.
- Full cure: 24 hours.
